| Announcement regarding 12x-speed DVD-RAM Test Specification |

| Following is the message from DVD Forum:
DVD Forum has newly developed 12x-speed DVD-RAM Disc and Drive Test Specifications. We will also supply the Test Discs stably using secured mass-production technology.
Theses Test Specifications and the Test Discs will enable the manufacturers to supply high speed discs and drives to the market in a timely manner to respond to the user's expectation.
DVD Forum will continue our efforts to develop 16x-speed DVD-RAM Disc and Drive Test Specifications.
